Christian Barney comes to Georgia Southern from Mississippi State University. Her research focuses on consumer decision making. In particular, she explores the impact of narratives and emotions (embarrassment, intimidation, grief) on consumer responses to retailing and digital marketing. Christian’s teaching interests include digital marketing, retailing, and consumer behavior.
