MARKETING IS THE DYNAMIC LIFE-BLOOD OF ORGANIZATIONS
Our marketing curriculum involves a comprehensive study of the basic concepts, techniques and tools for developing marketing strategies and marketing programs. Students are prepared to help organizations decide which consumer groups to serve and which products and services to produce, while understanding how to set appropriate levels of promotional effort, pricing and other considerations in generating sales. Our graduates assume positions in the areas of retail management, merchandising, product management, product development, sales force management, advertising and business consulting.
Our innovative curriculum incorporates business fundamentals and the current trends in today’s business environment. You will learn from faculty who are well-known for their published research and the strength of their teaching skills. Our faculty members genuinely care about your success as a student and will work hard to prepare you for success in today’s highly competitive global environment. The marketing major also offers students the ability to customize their plans of study with three specializations: sales and sales management, fashion merchandising and retail management.

AACSB Accreditation
The Parker College of Business is accredited by the
Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business (AACSB), and has been since 1983. This is a distinction that is held by less than 5% of the world’s business schools. Maintaining accreditation requires an institution to maintain qualified faculty and an established program of continual improvement. This requires a great deal of work by the faculty and administration, but it sets our programs apart as some of the top programs in the world.
