Kevin’s research develops new insights into how individual differences and contextual factors impact the negative and positive relationships employees develop and maintain with their employers (e.g., psychological contract breach, perceived organizational support), team members (e.g., conflict, discretionary behaviors), and co-workers (e.g., co-worker exclusion, social networks). His research has been published or is forthcoming in Journal of Applied Psychology, Journal of Management Studies, Human Relations, International Journal of Human Resource Management, European Journal of Work and Organizational Psychology, Journal of Business and Psychology, Journal of Work and Organizational Psychology, and Occupational Health Science. Kevin’s research and expertise have also appeared in Forbes, Fast Company, Chemistry World, CMSWire, Discover Richmond, and Harvard Business Review. He serves as an associate editor for Group & Organization Management and as an editorial board member for Personnel Psychology, Journal of Organizational Behavior, and Journal of Business and Psychology. Kevin is also passionate about developing students’ critical, analytical, and reflective thinking skills through active learning techniques.
