David Harkins joins the Parker College of Business with significant experience as an entrepreneur, marketer, and strategic change practitioner. He is currently a second-year doctoral student in organization development and change at Bowling Green State University. His teaching experience includes various courses in entrepreneurship, innovation, prototyping, and marketing as an adjunct instructor at American Public University, Bowling Green State University, and Western Carolina University. His primary teaching interests are entrepreneurship, organization behavior, leadership, and business strategy and planning. David’s research interests include organizational culture, empathy in organizations, and entrepreneurial thinking and innovation leadership in the social sector.
