The IS Minor includes courses that make up the heart of an IS Major. It allows you to take several of the most important courses in the major, giving you a firm understanding of the primary tools and methods that Information Systems professionals use.

The IS Minor is open to students who want a basic understanding of information systems to complement their major field(s) of study. Completing ACCT 2030 or ACCT 2101 is recommended before taking any upper division course. Students pursuing the Information Systems minor are encouraged to involve Enterprise Systems and Analytics faculty members in course selection decisions.
