Courses and Credits Offered:
Students have the opportunity to earn course credit and must be enrolled in 3 credit hours to participate in this program. Students admitted to the program will earn credit for BUSA 3083 – Business Abroad: Australia.
Undergraduate BBA students may use this course as a substitute for their BUSA 4131 requirement.

Eligibility:
Undergraduate students should have junior status (60 earned credit hours) by the start of the Fall 2023 term and a declared business major with no less than a 2.5 GPA, and no active disciplinary record with the institution. All students must be fully admitted to the institution and at least 18 years of age by the program departure date.

Space availability is first-come, first-served. A completed application and deposit must be submitted prior to being formally accepted to the program.

*Please note: due to external policies regarding vaccination, all participants on this program should be prepared provide proof of a completed COVID-19 vaccination schedule or wear a mask as requested by any 3rd party to fully participate in all scheduled activities for this program. An inability to meet 3rd party requirements regarding vaccination or masking is a risk carried by the student alone, and the program will not make alternate financial, travel, or academic arrangements on their behalf.

Dates of Program:
Travel: December 8-21, 2023
Students will enroll for credit in the Fall 2023 Minimester B and will be required to attend pre-departure course meetings during October and November.

Students should plan to depart the U.S. on December 8 and arrive to Sydney, Australia on December 10. They should plan to depart from Sydney on December 21.

Specific directions pertaining to airfare purchases will be shared with students once they are accepted into the program. Students should not purchase airfare without first speaking to their program directors.

Program Cost:
$2,999.00
Includes: All regional and local transportation; lodging for the duration of the program; breakfast everyday; welcome and farewell dinners; tour, cultural, and entrance expenses; guest lectures; site visits to local businesses; insurance coverage; Business Abroad polo shirt.

Additional Costs: Tuition & fees for 3 credit hours of course enrollment, round-trip airfare to Australia, Electronic Travel Authority Fee, and additional meals/personal expenses not included in the program cost.

1st Program Payment of $1,300: Due October 1, 2023
2nd Program Payment of $1,175 and Insurance Payment of $25: Due November 1, 2023

Once accepted to the program, all payments are non-refundable.
