Graduate Assistants

Evans Adu is a graduate assistant at the Business Innovation Group, Georgia Southern University. He is in the second semester of the Master of Accountancy (MAcc) program. Prior to enrolling in the MAcc program at Georgia Southern, Evans graduated from the University of Tampa, Florida, with his MS in finance and was an associate at PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) LLP in Tampa, Florida. Evans hopes to complete his CPA and also pursue his Ph.D. in accounting after graduation.


Zach Gilson is a graduate assistant from Roswell, Georgia. He is currently enrolled in the MAcc program at Georgia Southern and will graduate in May 2021. After graduation, Zach will start working as a tax associate at Aprio. In his free time, Zach enjoys playing tennis and hanging out with his friends. 


Aimee Knight is a graduate assistant at the Business Innovation Group. She is currently in her second semester in the Master of Accounting (MAcc) program at Georgia Southern University. Aimee received her Bachelor of Business Administration in accounting from Georgia Southern University in May 2020. Upon graduating from the MAcc program, Aimee plans to obtain her CPA license and pursue a career in public accounting. Outside of school, she enjoys reading historical fiction, listening to Elvis Presley, and spending time with her family.


Saidi Olalere who is fondly called “Seedorf” is a graduate student in the Department of Mechanical Engineering, Georgia Southern University. Presently, Saidi is working as a graduate assistant at the Business Innovation Group leveraging available resources and maximizing the output for the economic impact of the region. He is a registered engineer with COREN and is motivated with challenges and tasks which will have a greater, positive impact on people and the environment. Apart from his work activities, Saidi likes to travel and meet people while learning and developing.
